Donation Requests:
Paoli Peaks receives many requests from numerous worthwhile organizations. Our goal is to fulfill as many requests as possible, but due to the overwhelming number of requests received, we are unable to support every organization with donations.
We support organizations that are important to our customers, with a focus on Health & Fitness, Sports & Recreation, Youth-oriented Programs & Services, and Schools. All requests must be made through our online donation request form. We no longer accept requests via fax, telephone, or mail.
Please Note:

Only 1 donation request will be granted per organization per calendar year. If your donation request is considered, please be aware that we may not be able to issue you exactly what you asked for.
- Requests MUST be received at least six(6) weeks prior to the date of your event.
- We do not verbally deny or commit to donate; all correspondence will be via email. Correspondence will be sent via email no later than 2 weeks prior to your event.
- All requests are subject to approval by Paoli Peaks Associates.
EMAIL: QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS
Please make sure your Name and Email Address are spelled correctly. Allow 3 to 5 days for an Email response. Due to many different types of SPAM filters available, please include a Call Back number in your Email. Periodically, Paoli Peaks replys are rejected from the recipient, therefore a call back number is necessary to correspond and answer questions. If you have not receive an email response within 5 days, please follow up...sometimes emails get lost.
