Groups, School, Scouts, & Clubs Downloads
ALL Group Waiver (Multi Signatures) --> This Waiver is required for ALL participants coming as a group, scout group, field trip, or homeschool group. It has room for up to 15 signatures on one form.
ALL Group Waiver (Single Signature) --> This Waiver is the exact same waiver as above EXCEPT it only has room for one participant's information. The two designs have been created to best fit each group's needs.
Scout Leader Help Worksheet --> This worksheet contains all of the Scout programs and prices for the 2012/13 season. It is designed to help Scout Leaders calculate total cost.
Field Trip Leader Help Worksheet --> This worksheet contains all of the Field Trip programs and prices for the 2012/13 season. It is designed to help Field Trip Leaders calculate total cost.
Group Leader Help Worksheet ($100 deposit) --> This worksheet is specifically for groups who are securing their spot with a $100 deposit. The worksheet contains prices for all of the sessions available for Groups and is designed to help calculate total cost.
Group Leader Help Worksheet (Pay in Full) --> This worksheet is specifically for groups who are securing their spot by paying in full and receiving discount of $2 off per person. The worksheet contains prices for all of the sessions available for Groups and is designed to help calculate total cost.
Individual Downloads
Helmet Rental Waiver --> This waiver is required to rent helmets from Paoli Peaks. To save time, fill it out ahead of time. Helmet rental will still need to be purchased at the ticket windows PRIOR to presenting this form to the rental department.
Snow Tubing Waiver --> This waiver must be filled out be everyone who wishes to tube. Save time at the ticket window by having this already filled out. Simply present it to the cashier at the time of purchase.
Special Event/Race Waiver --> This waiver is required to participate in any event held at Paoli Peaks. Children 17 and under MUST have a parent or guardian signature.

Season Pass Downloads
Season Pass Waiver --> This waiver is required for Season Pass. Each pass holder must sign a waiver before receiving their pass.
Season Pass Terms & Conditions --> This PDF contains the Terms & Conditions of owning a Paoli Peaks season pass.
Refund Policy --> This PDF states Paoli Peaks' season pass refund policy.
Refund Request From --> Before a season pass is refunded, this form must be filled out and turned in. Please review the Refund Policy before submitting the refund request.
Although every precaution is taken to ensure accuracy, errors or misunderstandings in price, quantity, and/or specifications may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors.
NOTE: Lifts close for slope preparation, 3 am – 9 am. All times and prices are subject to change without notice. Rental Equipment and Tubes are subject to availability - first come, first serve basis - and cannot be reserved. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds due to weather or slope conditions. Cash, Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX, and Organizational Check welcome. Tickets are not replaceable if lost. Tickets are nontransferable and non-refundable. If an individual is caught without a ticket, the individual or individuals will be required to pay the full price of a Snow Pass (lift ticket) plus a $50 administration fee. If the offending individual(s) do not comply with this policy, they are hereby informed that they will be retained until the police arrive and are processed for "theft of services".
