Children 6 & under are free with a paying adult. Their lesson options are a Private Lesson or Snow Monsters Lesson (ages 5-12, available weekends & holidays, only). STEP 2: MAKE A RESERVATION
Requirements:
- Groups must have a minimum of 15 paying participants
- Reservations must be made 3 days (72 hrs) in advance
Payment:
- Option 1: $100 deposit is required at time of reservation
- Option 2: NEW! Save Time and $$. Pay the balance in full at time of reservation and receive $2 off regular group rates per person! Tickets will be pre-printed and waiting for you on arrival (for ski and snowboard trips only)
- Balance is due at check in with one form of payment. Paoli Peaks accepts Cash, School Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

STEP 3: CHOOSE A PAYMENT OPTION
OPTION 1: Regular Group Discount. Register your Group with a $100 deposit and pay balance in full at Check-In. Must be completed at least 3 days/72 hrs in advance.

- 15 or more Skiers/Snowboarders
- $100 deposit at time of reservation 72 hrs in advance
- Paoli Peaks accepts Cash, Organizational Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express

Helpful Notes:
- If estimated participants change significantly, please update the group office before arrival. Balance due will be calculated based on the final numbers reported at check-in. Final numbers may not fall below the minimum of 15 participants.
- When final payment is made by cash, check, or credit card, a single card or check must be used.
- Ski/Board groups cannot be combined with Tubing Groups to arrive at the minimum of 15 participants.
OPTION 2: Prepay Discount. Receive $2 off Regular Group Discount when you pay in full at time of reservation. Must be completed at least 3 days/72 hrs in advance of group trip to be valid!

- Prepay for ENTIRE Group at least 3 days in advance.

- No Changes can be made to you reservation within 3 business days (M-F) or your scheduled trip. Final numbers may not fall below the minimum of 15 participants.
- Tickets added less than 3 days will be charged the Regular Group Discount Price.
- Ski/Board groups cannot be combined with Tubing Groups to arrive at the minimum of 15 participants.
STEP 4: ARRIVE AT PAOLI PEAKS!
After your reservation is made, you will receive a confirmation via email/fax/mail outlining the details of your trip. The confirmation will also include Tips and Tricks for both the Group Leader AND the Group Members. The Paoli Peaks Group Office Staff will be available anytime throughout this process to assist you with any questions or concerns you many have.

PLEASE NOTE: Groups are welcome to bring their personal food and beverage items from home; However, the dinning rooms and tables are reserved for restaurant patrons. We ask that no coolers or personal food and beverages items be stored and/or consumed in the dinning rooms. As an alternative, personal items may by enjoyed out on the deck or inside our Picnic room (located next to Group Office). We appreciate your cooperation!
Although every precaution is taken to ensure accuracy, errors or misunderstandings in price, quantity, and/or specifications may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors.
NOTE: Lifts close for slope preparation, 3 am – 9 am. All times and prices are subject to change without notice. Rental Equipment and Tubes are subject to availability - first come, first serve basis - and cannot be reserved. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds due to weather or slope conditions. Cash, Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX, and Organizational Check welcome. Tickets are not replaceable if lost. Tickets are nontransferable and non-refundable. If an individual is caught without a ticket, the individual or individuals will be required to pay the full price of a Snow Pass (lift ticket) plus a $50 administration fee. If the offending individual(s) do not comply with this policy, they are hereby informed that they will be retained until the police arrive and are processed for "theft of services".
