I'm a Paoli Peaks Season Passholder, now what?

So you've purchased a season pass, but your aren't sure what to do next. Well, don't you worry! Below you will find all the information you need to know about being a season pass holder at Paoli Peaks.

GENERAL PASSHOLDER INFORMATION

Rental packages can be added to most passes and you have the flexibility to choose between ski and snowboard rental during each visit. ALL season passes are non-transferable. That means you cannot give your pass to another person for daily or seasonal use.

All passholders must present their passcards at the ticket window to receive a current Snow Pass for their own use before accessing the slopes (this does exclude DTS season passes). When picking up your pass for the first time, you may be required to present a valid ID and have your picture taken. DTS season passes will require a photo before the passcard can be printed since the passholders picture is printed onto the card.

CONFIRMATIONS

In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we will no longer be sending a season pass confirmation letter in the mail (unless requested). Moving forward, all purchases will receive a confirmation via email containing the purchase details and payment information. This webpage will replace the mailed confirmation letter and will now be the place to go to learn about your new season pass and what it includes.

PEAK PRIVILEGES - Paoli Peaks passholders can present their passcards and a picture ID at the following Peak Resorts properties to receive 50% Off of their own Snow Pass. Visit the Peak Resorts website for more information on these other GREAT ski areas.

Please note that Peak Privileges are not available at Mount Snow (VT), Attitash (NH) and Wildcat (NH). Discount for Snow Pass and rental is only for the Paoli Peaks seasonpass member.

ADDED BENEFITS - Each season Pass purchased for the 13/14 Season is provided with added benefits (excludes DTS Senior & Children 6 & Under) that are loaded directly onto the season pass card. The season pass member and the season pass card MUST be present to redeem benefits. Benefits are to be used for the 2013/2014 season only. The Bring a Friend tickets are valid for Lift & rental. All perks require the season pass holder and the season pass card to redeem.

--> Unlimited Adults, Students, & DTS Adult Passes will receive (3) $25 Bring A Friend (BAF) passes.

--> Late Night & Pick a Day passes will receive (2) Bring A Friend passes.

--> A Family Pass will receive (4) Bring A Friend passes.

--> The Direct to Slope Senior and the 6&Under pass is such a great discount itself, there are no added benefits to the pass.

By purchasing a season pass, you are acknowledging our Refund Policy and agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. It is important you read both the Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions before using your season pass.

PICKING UP YOUR SEASON PASS

All passholders must pick up their own season pass. Season Passes are not mailed; they can only be picked up during designated times. Family members or friends cannot pick up a season pass for someone else. Children under the age of 18, must have a parent or guardian with them. For children 6 & under picking up a "Child 6 & under" pass MUST have a Parent or Guardian with them and provide a valid birth certificate when picking up their season pass. Proof of age will be required for Student and Senior passes at the time of pass pick up before the pass will be issued. The deadline to qualify for the age categories for all passes is December 7, 2013. Anyone over the age of 15 is required to present a Valid photo ID when picking up a season pass for the first time each season. If students between the age of 15 & 18, do not have a valid photo ID, then a Parent or Guardian with a valid photo ID is required.

PASS PHOTOS

All passes must be picked up in person at the Paoli Peaks Ticket Windows. Your photo will be taken at the Paoli Peaks Ticket Windows when you pick up your pass for the first time. All pass types require a pass picture for security purposes. Direct To Slope (DTS) passes are the only pass that has the passholder's picture printed on the front of the pass. Because of this, those who purchase a DTS slope must have their picture taken before the season pass can be printed. You may have your pictue taken at Paoli Peaks or to save time, you may email your photo to pass@paolipeaks.com (Photos need to be Passport-Type photos - Headshot only, no sunglasses, no hats, and a clear recent photo. Photos must be in .jpeg. format with a file name of --> Firstname_Lastname). Check the web and Calendar of Events for dates and times for pre-season pass pick-up.

Although every precaution is taken to ensure accuracy, errors or misunderstandings in price, quantity, and/or specifications may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors.

NOTE: All times and prices are subject to change without notice. Rental Equipment and Tubes are subject to availability - first come, first serve basis - and cannot be reserved. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds due to weather or slope conditions. Cash, Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX, and Organizational Check welcome. Tickets are not replaceable if lost. Tickets are nontransferable and non-refundable. If an individual is caught without a ticket, the individual or individuals will be required to pay the full price of a Snow Pass (lift ticket) plus a $50 administration fee. If the offending individual(s) do not comply with this policy, they are hereby informed that they will be retained until the police arrive and are processed for "theft of services".
