2011/2012 Paoli Peaks Season Pass Refund Policy

 

Direct to Slope (Adult and Senior) Season Passes are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable, and Not eligible for an Extension.

The following Information applies to ALL Season passes except Direct to Slope Passes:

Season Pass Transfers
  • Transfers may only occur if the season pass has not been used.
  • Season Passes can only be transferred to another person if pass holder is unable to ski/snowboard due to a medical reason or a work transfer. A letter from a doctor or employer is required for verification.
  • Transfer requests must be received by Paoli Peaks within 14 days of a medical incident or work transfer.
  • There is a $50 Admin fee for transferring a season pass.

  • NO Transfers will occur after January 31st.

Season Pass Extensions
  • Extensions may only occur if the season pass has not been used.
  • Season Passes can only be extended to the following season if pass holder is unable to ski/snowboard due to a medical reason or a work transfer. A letter from a doctor or employer is required for verification.
  • Extension requests must be received by Paoli Peaks within 14 days of a medical incident or work transfer.
  • There is a $50 Admin fee for extending a season pass to the following season.
  • NO Extensions will occur after January 31st.
Season Pass Refunds
  • Season Passes are Non-Refundable unless pass holder is unable to ski/snowboard due to a medical reason or work transfer. A letter from a doctor or employer is required for verification.
  • Cancelation requests must be received at Paoli Peaks within 14 days of a medical incident or work transfer.
  • All refunds are final. All Season Pass refunds will be based on the number of times a scan-able Pass has been used multiplied by the regular Day Session snow pass rate (10/11 Season example): Adult $41 Sr.$35 Child. $35.)
  • There is a $50 Admin fee for processing a pass refund.
  • NO refunds will be processed after January 31st - NO exceptions.

 

When requesting a transfer/extension/refund, please contact the Administrative Office and provide the following:
  1. Your Season Pass Card - refunds cannot be processed until the Season Pass Card has been turned in.
  2. Completed Refund Request Form.
  3. Medical Certificate providing the injury date and the prognosis stating that the pass holder is unable to participate in skiing/riding due to the injury.
  4. In the event of job relocation, include a letter from your new employer stating the date, location, and length of the relocation.

 

Although every precaution is taken to ensure accuracy, errors or misunderstandings in price, quantity, and/or specifications may occur.  We reserve the right to correct such errors.
