Why purchase a season pass?
If you love to ski or snowboard, a season pass is the best value for any that loves to ski or snowboard on a regular basis! We have a season pass to fit every schedule- and we are happy to help you select the pass that is right for you!
 
What if I need rental equipment?
Paoli Peaks has a top notch rental department and we offer seasonal rental pricing to go along with each season pass type. Each visit, you may choose ski or snowboard equipment. You are allowed to change equipment once per session. You can choose to add seasonal rental to your season pass at any time during the season, but keep in mind that you will not be credited for any individual rental purchases. Rental equipment is always subject to availability on a first come, first served basis.
 
How does a Paoli Peaks Season Pass Work?
You will bring your season pass with you on each visit to Paoli Peaks and present it at the ticket window to receive a daily snowpass.  If you have a Direct to Slope Access Pass, simply display the pass on your arm in the provided armband and head to the slopes for a day of fun. You must have your pass with you each visit – no exceptions!
 
How do I purchase a Season Pass?
Passes may be purchased online, by phone or by mail. Please allow 3-4 days of processing for online purchases. Be sure to note the price deadlines! If you need any help in selecting or purchasing your pass, simply call the Paoli Peaks office at (812)723-4696 during office hours – we are happy to help! Proof of age or student status will be required for student & senior passes. The deadline to qualify for the age categories for all passes is December 10, 2010.
 
Where do I pick up my pass?
You may pick up your pass in person at the Paoli Peaks ticket window. The confirmation letter you receive by mail will provide you with dates & times available for pre-season pass pick-up or you can check the online calendar at www.paolipeaks.com. Bring your confirmation letter and a photo ID with you. Remember that you will need proof of age or student status to pick up your Senior or Student pass. 

    
When is my season pass photo taken?
Pass photos will be taken at the ticket office or main office at the time you pick up your pass. If you would like to save processing time on pick-up day, you can email a photo to pass@paolipeaks.com with the subject "Season Pass Picture". The photo must be a clear, recent headshot with no hats, sunglasses, or goggles. PHOTO MUST BE SAVED IN THE FOLLOWING FORMAT:  firstname_lastname.jpeg  Paoli Peaks reserves the right to refuse any photo that does not meet these requirements. To help us match the right photo with the right person, Please included in your email the following information: First & Last name, Address, birthdate, and telephone number.
    
Are there any additional benefits to being a Paoli Peaks Season Pass holder?
Paoli Peaks pass holders will receive 50% off snow passes at the following Peak Resorts: Boston Mills/Brandywine, Crotched Mountain, Jack Frost/Big Boulder, Mad River Mountain, Hidden Valley, and Snow Creek. Visit www.peakresorts.com for more information on these other GREAT ski areas!
What if my pass is lost or stolen?
If a season pass is lost or stolen, Paoli Peaks will issue a new pass for a fee of $75.  It is important to immediately report a lost or stolen pass.
